Short term partners. Although you are free to leave after the initial 90 days, we want to work with companies that want a long term relationship. If you want a quick fix or to just put a band-aid on your issues, we are NOT your company.

Website designers. We do provide high converting websites that will work very well for our customers.

Although we provide and use social media, our solutions are geared toward providing specific results that can be tracked. Work that doesn’t fit this bill will not be done.

What is like to work with Citadel

We are focused on the Hardscape market and know how it works. You don’t have to explain it to us because know this market.

You will be assigned an account manager who will be responsible for coordinating work from the Citadel team that will be working on your business.

Your account manager will take you through an onboarding process that is designed to drive results as quickly as possible.

We will create a specific plan for your company that provides both short term and long term improvements. Part of the assessment will be to look at your current website. If we can modify it to get it to perform at our standards, we will. If it needs to be replaced, we will work to do so.

We will track all of our programs to be able to provide you a return on investment of your marketing dollars.
